Introduction:

Thank you for choosing Wheely Rentals for your motorcycle rental needs. Please review the following payment terms and conditions before proceeding with your reservation.

Payment Methods:

• We accept payment with cash on delivery.

•  We accept payments with Debit/Credit card.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit may be required at the time of rental to cover potential damages or losses.

• The security deposit can be paid in cash along with the rental payment upon delivery of the motorcycle.

Currency:

• All prices and transactions are conducted in Euro€.

Receipt:

• A receipt will be provided upon payment of the rental fee and security deposit.

• Please retain the receipt for your records and as proof of payment.

Refunds:

• Refunds for cancellations or early returns are subject to our cancellation policy as outlined in the Rental Terms page.

• Refunds for security deposits will be processed upon the return of the motorcycle in the same condition as it was rented, minus any applicable charges.

Late Payments:

• Failure to make payment upon delivery of the motorcycle may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

• Additional charges may apply for late payments or failure to return the motorcycle on time.

Disputes:

• Any disputes regarding payments or refunds will be resolved in accordance with our company policies and applicable laws.
