Check & Cancellation Policy

Introduction:

At Wheely Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Please review our check-in and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Check-in Policy:

• Check-in time for motorcycle rentals starts at 9:00  until 20:00.
• Please ensure that you are present at the designated location at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled rental start time.
• Late arrivals may result in delays or the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 3 days or more before the rental start date may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 1 days of the rental start date.
• To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us via phone/email or through our contact page.

No-Show Policy:

• Failure to arrive at the designated location at the scheduled rental start time without prior notification may result in the forfeiture of your reservation and any payments made.

Rescheduling:

• Requests to reschedule your rental dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 2 days in advance.
• A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the circumstances and availability.
